Eczema is a skin problem where itchy patches developed due to inflammation of outermost layer of skin . Skin of affected area gets dry, rough with cracks. In some form of eczema , skin may ooze fluids. Eczema is commonly develop in creases of the body parts like over back of  knees ,between the fingers etc. Commonly seen in childrens but can occur at any age .In Ayurveda , this problem can be correlated with Vicharchika. It is one of the type of Kshudra Kustha Roga . In this condition , Kapha dosha is predominant .

  • Exposure to some irritant

  • Avoid intake of junk food , oily food , packed food , stored food or tea – coffee beverages.
  • Food articles like curd, jaggery, meat of marshy animals, sesame seeds are contraindicated.
  • Excess Day sleep, eating straight after dinner aggrevate the problem.
  • Consume food like Old rice, green gram, barley, bitter vegetables.
  • Avoid Sedentary lifestyles
